    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at softrhair@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

    Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost. You will not be required to return the damaged item.

    Exchanges
